Personal Profile
Andrew M. Kibaya’s journey is one of resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to humanity. Born and raised in Kampala, Uganda, Andrew’s path was shaped by both the vibrancy and challenges of his community. He pursued higher education at Makerere University, the nation’s top institution, where he graduated with honors in Industrial Design and Art. His creative spirit flourished as he later became a Behavior Technician but sitll a Designer, Photographer, and Painter, yet his true calling lay beyond his professional achievements. it is in serving others.
Andrew’s humanitarian mission began as a personal sacrifice spending his own salary to help and uplift disadvantaged people in his community. What started as individual acts of kindness soon grew into a greater purpose. In 2018, he channeled his passion into founding I EXPERIENCE FOUNDATION, a voluntary-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering lives and fostering sustainable change. Under his leadership, the foundation made a remarkable impact, supporting over 20+ pregnant mothers, 2,000+ disadvantaged individuals, and mobilizing 67+ dedicated volunteers to give, rebuild, and restore hope.
However, in 2020, the devastating effects of COVID-19 threatened sustainability efforts, leaving countless people in desperate need while financial support dwindled. Despite this challenge and demise, Andrew refused to give up. He pivoted towards entrepreneurship, launching private businesses that would later provide a strong foundation for his renewed vision.
With years of research, hands-on experience, strategic collaborations with experts, and a deepened understanding of global humanitarian needs, Andrew gave life to a new and powerful initiative. In 2025, Ants & Flowers was born. Inspired by the resilience and unity of ants working together to build a thriving colony, and flowers giving smiles and hope, this nonprofit organization embodies the spirit of collective action, empowerment, and transformation. Through Ants & Flowers, Andrew continues to champion restoration, growth, and support, proving that when communities unite, a brighter, more sustainable future is possible.
His story is not just one of philanthropy, it is a testament to the power of vision, perseverance, and the belief that true change starts with one person’s unwavering determination to make a difference.

Born in war-torn Monrovia, Liberia, Daniel Karpeeh's resilience was forged during his family's
flight from a 15-year civil war. After eight years in Ghana's Buduburam Refugee Camp, he and
his siblings were resettled in the United States in 2006 through the International Organization for
Migration (IOM), marking a pivotal moment that launched his remarkable journey. This
experience instilled in him a deep understanding of resilience and a commitment to service. He

Professional Background:
A seasoned logistics expert with over five years of experience, Daniel has consistently
demonstrated exceptional leadership and program management skills in demanding international
environments. His career highlights include:
Logistics Manager, Doctors Without Borders (MSF France), Jahun Paradise, Nigeria, was my first
mission assignment (2019-2020), Successfully managed the timely delivery of medical supplies
to the hospital in Jahun, Nigeria, resulting in a 100% improvement in aid distribution efficiency.
Jahun, a small northern village in one of Nigeria’s poorest regions, was my home for a 26 weeks/6
months mission while working with Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) / Doctors Without Borders
as a logistics manager. My experience in Nigeria was rewarding, at times emotionally taxing, and
always humbling, I witnessed sad and challenging moments, but I was also privy to moments of
joy, happiness, and optimism. The incredibly supportive team and warmth of the local
community made for a welcoming experience. As the weeks passed, it became clear to me why
Jahun was referred to as “paradise.” With the ongoing conflict in the north of the country, poor
health infrastructure, and widespread malnutrition and poverty, it was little wonder that MSF’s
project in Jahun seemed like a desert oasis. Contract Logistics Manager, United Nations
Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Bangui, the Central African Republic (2017-
2018) Successfully navigated complex political and logistical challenges to ensure the construction
of guidewire and self-supported communications Towers of essential supplies to remote
communities, effectively mitigating supply chain disruptions and fostering collaboration among
diverse stakeholders. Volunteer Precinct Pull Officer, at the Ohio Election Commission (November
2016), Computer Lab Assistant, Federal Work-Studies program, at Franklin University, (2013-
2016).
